Average True Range (ATR) code for TOS Watchlist Column

ATR calculates the high and low of any stock averaged over a 14 day period. A stock with an ATR of 4 moves 4 points on an average during a day. However, on most days stocks will move one standard deviation or approximately 68% of its normal range. This column code scripts will identify stocks that have institution interest by calculating if they are moving faster than average and are likely to hit their full ATR.
