Relative Volume Code for TOS Watchlist Column

This code enables you to display Relative Volume in any watch list.  This provides relative volume as the trading day progresses and color codes in green the volume that is exceeding the normal volume.  Volume color coded in red shows weak relative volume.  This enables you to focus on stocks that have instituitional flow.  Watch this video for more details
